Last Friday we brewed our first cup of coffee. The good people at Coffee Supreme came in and helped us perfect our grind and we are proud to be using their Fairtrade Organic blend. The coffee is rich and flavourful, has subtle earthy notes and ends with a luxurious chocolate finish.
Jess has also made up a killer hot chocolate mix. 70% Couverture chocolate, dutch cocoa and a hint of nutmeg- in case you needed extra enticement! To round out our new hot drink menu, she has added a select range of premium T2 teas.
